Food production and distribution are critical to security of supply, and thus ensuring information and cyber security play a key role.

“If a large food industry company were to experience a widespread cyberattack, it could significantly disrupt the availability of food products”, says Elina Suni, the project manager of Food chain cyber resilience project.

By making cyber security part of normal operations and quality assurance, food production actors can secure the development of their cyber resilience to meet changing needs.
