The ongoing month is already halfway and soon comes the day when the doors open onto the Cyber Security & ICT 2015 Exhibition that are held in the congress centre Jyväskylän Paviljonki from 23 to 25 September 2015. The exhibitors include leading solution providers in the field of information and cyber security. Come to say hello to our experts in stand C-123.
Working in the Advisory Board of the exhibition
Our participation in the exhibition started early this year, when we joined the Advisory Board of the exhibition. In the Advisory Board we planned and prepared the program of the exhibition together with the representatives of Jyväskylä Fair Ltd, Jykes Ltd and Suomen Yrityskehitys Ltd. Jyväskylä University also participated in the planning from the outside of the Advisory Board.
Like last year, our main task in the Advisory Board was to plan and organize the seminar program for the opening day. This task suited us very well making it possible to carry out our plan to bring the National Cyber Challenge to Central Finland. The plan has been prepared since the beginning of the year when the then Risk Director of Government ICT Centre Kimmo Rousku had sold the idea to us.
Designing the marketing wall and leaflets
Alongside the Advisory Board our experts were preparing our stand appearance for the exhibition. An essential part of the preparations were the design of the marketing wall and the leaflets distributed to fairgoers. In the design we put great emphasis not only on the visual appearance of the wall but also on material selections. The material selections were under consideration right from the beginning.
It was obvious that the wall must be impressive and express our company image, but it should also be durable and multi-functional. Multi-functional wall stretches in different positions and it can be divided into parts as needed. JYVSECTEC’s marketing wall has been designed to work in various situations and conditions even after the exhibition by highlighting our unique RGCE cyber operation environment.
Marketing before, during and after the exhibition
Marketing is an essential part of the exhibition at each stage. Hopefully as many of you as possible have received the information on the exhibition and have been able to sign up. If not, there’s still plenty of time to fill the visitor registration form to ensure free access to the exhibition. In case you’re unable to attend you can follow the events from our Twitter and Linkedin pages or afterwards from our October’s blog post.
In the exhibition you can recognize us from our consistent clothing. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions, we are happy to discuss our cyber security solutions through research, development and training.
